2025 Membership Dues

Registration for the 2025 season can be found by clicking the following link https://forms.gle/4mUKPStg6pKDTwaH9  

For payment by eTransfer, please remit dues to chapplesgolf@gmail.com. Include your full name and contact information in the message in the eTransfer.

Please include your GAO# if known.

For payment by cash or cheque, please put your dues payment into a completed application form envelope available at the Chapples Clubhouse and deposit it in the red Club Drop Box. Please make cheques payable to: Chapples Golf Club.

Applicants who already have their 2025 Golf Ontario/Golf Canada membership must provide their current membership number and the name of their primary club. These secondary members’ dues are set at $35.00.
